Credit Agricole Bank Polska and GDPR

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, referred to in short as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), has been in force since 25 May 2018. The Regulation is aimed at protecting the basic rights of natural persons, in particular the right to personal data protection. Its provisions apply i.a. to the protection of personal data of natural persons whose data are processed by companies and institutions operating within the European Union.

Below we present detailed information on the way personal data are collected and processed in Credit Agricole bank and on the rights of persons whose data are being processed.

Who is your personal data controller?

From 1 November 2019 the Bank and Credit Agricole S.A. (CASA) with registered office in France, 12 place des Etats-Unis 92545 Montrouge, have co-administered personal data with a view to fulfilling the obligations imposed on a group of enterprises with regard to counteracting money laundering and terrorism financing. In accordance with the agreement between the co-controllers, the Bank performs the information obligations vis-a-vis Clients and their representatives and ensures the exercise of rights for each person whom the data concern. Irrespective of the agreements between the co-controllers, you may enforce your rights against any of them.
